*We must be a:
1. Pastor after God's heart.
2. Man after God's heart.
3. Purpose in your heart.
*A shepherd:
1. Given by God.
2. Given to the people of God.
3. Shepherd caring for the flock of God.
4. According to God's Ways / Heart.
5. Feeding God's people with knowledge.
6. Feeding God's people with understanding.
*The Hand of the Five Fold Ministry:
